One reason may be that you have not yet activated your account. If you just enrolled, please check your inbox for an email with the subject: Activate your account and receive rewards 💰 If you don’t see it, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Another possible reason is that you are using Safari. We are aware of an issue with Safari in which it returns a blank page. We unfortunately do not have a solution as this moment but are working towards getting it resolved. In the meantime, we recommend you use Google Chrome.
